East Village Green Animal Hospital is seeking a receptionist with veterinary experience for some day and evenings. Saturday 8am-4pm are a must. The receptionist is the first and last person each client interacts with, and we are in need of a person who can make our clients/patients visits comfortable and stress free. Required qualifications are being a team player, excellent communication skills with doctors, staff and clients, detail oriented, punctual, reliable, self-motivated. Duties include, but not limited to, scheduling appointments, answering multi-line phone, electronic data entry, checking patients in and out, creating and posting invoices, able to fill and dispense medications, and advise clients about their purpose and side affects. educate clients on vaccine protocol and disease prevention.
