Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, schedule appointments and manage the booking system.
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records.
- Assist with client inquiries, follow-ups, and reminders.
- Coordinate with the veterinary team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Keep the reception area tidy and welcoming.

Eligibility for health benefits begins at 30 hours per week
Salary: $16-$17 hr/based on experience
Pay Frequency: Bi Weekly
Schedule: Varies weekly and includes morning and evening shifts along with weekends. We try to honor shift preferences to promote a healthy work/life balance!
Educational Requirements & Skills Needed
Experience:
- Customer Service (minimum 1 year)
- Veterinary experience (preferred)
Educational Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years old
