As a Virtual Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. This role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure that all information is correct and up-to-date. You will work independently and collaboratively with other team members to meet deadlines and support various projects.
Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update data into databases and spreadsheets.- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
- Organize and maintain electronic files and records.
- Assist in generating reports and extracting data as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding data-related issues.
- Adhere to deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet project goals.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is a plus.- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with data protection regulations is a plus.
The pay range for this role is:
65,000 - 80,000 USD per year(Remote (Santa Fe, New Mexico, US))
