Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments for clients with our team of psychiatrists and therapists
• Respond to client inquiries and concerns regarding appointments and scheduling
• Manage virtual calendar and update appointments as needed
• Communicate with providers to ensure accurate and timely scheduling
• Utilize scheduling software and electronic medical records to maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with the administrative team to coordinate cases and ensure a smooth scheduling process
• Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and providers
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience in medical scheduling or customer service role, preferably in a mental health setting
• Familiarity with scheduling software and electronic medical records
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a virtual setting
• Comfortable and proficient with technology and virtual communication tools
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

The pay range for this role is:
27 - 29 USD per hour(Remote (Eugene, Oregon, US))
