Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Volunteer Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing essential support to ensure smooth operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, contributing to a welcoming environment for all.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately.
- Answer incoming calls using professional phone etiquette, providing information or directing calls as necessary.
- Manage the office calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for documents and records.
- Provide clerical support, including data entry and document preparation.
- Assist with customer support inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office operations.
Experience
- The candidates must have good knowledge on Zoom operations (creating breakout rooms, closing and opening)
- Must also have knowledge on creating meeting minutes from recordings
