Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective territory management and follow on company provided leads. As a Sales Agent , you will engage with clients and provide access to the most innovative health plans in America.
Duties
- Conduct online presentations on the features /benefits of the health plan.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve service delivery.
- Manage and operate our custom CRM to manage sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong skills in territory management and lead follow up tactics.
- Familiarity with software tools that assist in sales tracking and customer relationship management
- Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making processes.
- A willingness to acquire a state life and health insurance license.
