Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse and fulfillment facility. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving materials, picking, packing, and shipping orders while adhering to safety standards and maintaining a clean work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse experience and be familiar with various equipment used in fulfillment operations.
Duties
- Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Package finished products securely and accurately for shipment.
- Assist with receiving incoming materials, including unloading, inspecting, and organizing stock.
- Support order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA and company policies.
- Collaborate with Team Members to meet daily productivity goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse and Fulfillment Manager on all warehouse operations and complete additional tasks as assigned.
- Assist in Performance of Regular Inventory Checks and assist in managing stock levels within the warehouse management system.
Skills
- Experience in warehouse distribution or fulfillment environments is preferable.
- Proficiency in order picking processes and materials handling techniques.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation, including forklifts and cranes.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues as they arise.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required by the role.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving processes, including documentation requirements.
- Previous experience as a warehouse associate is a plus but not required.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
