Shipping & Receiving:
- Packing/Unpacking materials
- Schedule and track shipments (inbound and outbound).
- Verify shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, packing slips).
- Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels and reorder as necessary.
- Reconcile discrepancies between physical and system inventory.
- Coordinate warehouse activities related to goods movement.
Communication & Coordination:
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams (sales, warehouse, purchasing).
- Provide delivery updates and resolve shipping issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate deliveries.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain shipping records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws and transportation regulations.
- Prepare customs documents for import/export processes.
Problem Solving:
- Handle delays, damaged goods, and routing issues.
- Find alternative carriers or routes when necessary.
- Collect product information
- Rack and Stacking equipment
- Communication with stakeholders
- Basic understanding on facilities work: AC, Power, Cooling
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
