Our Warehouse Associates are essential to the operational heartbeat of the company, ensuring accurate preparation, return, and organization of all non-kitchen and linen related inventory such as chairs, tables, tents, flooring, staging and more! These team members are hands-on problem solvers who take pride in delivering clean, complete, and ready to use products for every event.
The Warehouse Associates role is defined by:
- Inventory Stewardship: Cleaning and handling and preparing event equipment with care and precision
- Operational Support: Staging, pulling, returning, counting and organizing inventory for smooth event execution
- Teamwork & Safety: Contributing to a clean, safe, and high-functioning warehouse environment
- Growth Through Experience: Advancing from task-based support to independent, quality focused work.
Responsibilities:
- Pull, sort, pack, and place equipment/items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to the company standards
- Clean equipment and adhere to quality control standards to make sure items represent our brand appropriately
- Wash, dry, fold, package large vinyl pieces for tents that is in a wet washing environment
- Prepare orders for will call pickups and our deliveries
- Meeting production standards set by the supervisor
- Operating carts, dollies, pallet jacks, and other moving equipment as needed to move products throughout the warehouse
- Operate cleaning machines per company policies to efficiently clean our equipment
- Perform other duties as requested
- Uphold company safety standards and ensure appropriate procedures are followed
Working Conditions:
- Most work will be performed in a warehouse setting with limited exposure to outside elements
- Must be able stand for long periods and walk continually to move products around in the warehouse
- May have exposure to chemicals, including but not limited to detergents, bleaches, and other cleaning chemicals
- Repetitive bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving items
- Some Night / Weekend work may be required
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent GED is preferred but not required
- Must be able to lift/move approximately 70 lbs.
- Maintain a fluid and adaptable mindset
- Work well with team members and independently
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to interpret directions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Attention to detail
- Open minded and eager to learn
