Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our operations team focused on B2B distribution of refurbished networking and server hardware. You’ll play a key role in packaging, shipping, receiving and inspecting high-value tech products to business clients. This position requires attention to detail, precision, care, and an understanding of quality control standards for refurbished inventory in a fast paced environment. Warehouse environment (may involve hot or cold temperatures depending on the season).
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using barcode scanners and warehouse management software (WMS) ensuring accurate quantities, labeling, and protective packaging.
- Prepare shipments with appropriate packaging to minimize product damage during transit.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, cycle counts, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in updating product stock levels in the system.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments
- Verify product condition and specifications against packing slips and quality checklists
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations using a warehouse management system (WMS)
- Coordinate with the refurbishment and QA teams to ensure only approved items are shipped
- Prepare freight and parcel shipments according to client and carrier requirements (e.g., palletizing, labeling, commercial invoices)
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in all work areas
- Assist in returns processing and restocking of returned B2B inventory and return to vendor products.
- Collaborate with customer service and logistics teams to resolve order or shipping issues.
- Follow company policies, including handling of returns and quality control checks for refurbished or returned items.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of warehouse experience preferred (experience with electronics or B2B fulfillment is a plus)
- Familiarity with refurbished tech products (basic understanding of SKUs, models, grades, etc.)
- Comfortable using computers, barcode scanners, and inventory software
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift certification or experience with pallet jacks is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with B2B clients or bulk shipments
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems like IQ Reseller, UPS and FedEx
- Understanding of IT asset disposition (ITAD) or electronics refurbishment workflows
