SUMMARY/Primary Function
The Warehouse Coordinator supports our team as they tackle critical power needs. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll coordinate the overall logistics of shipping and receiving of product and be responsible for all daily warehouse operations. Principle Job Duties
Receive and ship product coordinating with vendors and customers as needed
Deliver of product to customer sites as needed
Populate, testing and prepare battery modules for service
De-populating upon return from services
Scrap batteries
Keep all warehouse areas clean, orderly, and safe at all times
Ensure all stock items, parts, and tools are placed in their proper and/or designated locations
Keep all floor items in shipping and receiving locations tagged appropriately for customer/job and/or its disposition
Complete all inventory transactions within Inventory control database
Advise and/or order standard stock items as needed, and conduct annual inventory count
Manage and care of all in-house and tech assigned vehicles
Assist with sourcing of new vehicles as needed
Conduct regular inspection of grounds - address any issues as needed
Conduct monthly facility safety inspections
All other tasks as assigned
Preferred Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent.
Average math skills, effective reading and writing skills.
Attentiveness to detail and accuracy and problem-solving ability
Familiar with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Able to learn and use other software as needed.
Experience driving commercial vehicle (box truck) and Fork-Lift preferred

Experience in critical power industry a plus
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to lift 35 pounds regularly, 50 pounds occasionally and 70+ pounds as a team or with material handling equipment.
Ability to climb a ladder, grasp small objects, and have visual acuity for operating mechanical tools.
Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend and reach.
Ability to efficiently operate all job-related office equipment (telephone, computer, calculator, fax, copies, etc.).
