- Operate stand-up reach, stand-up counter-balanced, and stock-picker lift trucks safely and efficiently.
- Complete Daily Operator's Checklist for lift truck used each shift.
- Inspect inbound and outbound trailers.
- Unload and load trailers and straight trucks.
- Visually inspect all goods presented by carriers for delivery, ensuring materials are secured in packaging, in good condition, and suitable for receipt and storage.
- Inspect for pest activity, contamination, damage, odors, or suspicious articles.
- Inspect all finished goods prior to loading for shipment, ensuring pallets and packaging are in excellent condition suitable for shipment.
- Complete receiving and shipping documents accurately and completely.
- Use RF guns to scan inventory, update inventory locations, verify orders, etc.
- Move pallets of finished goods as directed.
- Maintain docks, freezers, equipment, and storage zones in clean order with general housekeeping, sweeping, and and light scrubbing.
- All other duties as assigned.
- General knowledge of basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Ability to work in cold conditions.
- Basic communications skills, with bi-lingual language skills preferred.
- Detail oriented.
