We are committed to providing excellent service and products to executive chefs at restaurants, hotels & resorts across the country with whatever they need, including small custom batches. We are selective in our reach directly to consumers by placing our products only in farmers’ markets, niche specialty gourmet stores, traditional retailers like Whole Foods & our website. This helps ensure quality control over our vast portfolio that includes over 200 various flavors of long & short cut pastas, and filled ravioli and sauces made using small batch kitchen practices and sourcing of the best seasonal ingredients.

We do all of this with just 30 people, but we are growing and have a couple of Full or possibly Part time positions available: 1 Warehouse Team member and 1 Packaging Team member.
ABOUT THE JOBs: Our Packaging/Warehouse Department handles all pasta and sauce packaging activities, and typical small warehouse tasks -- receiving/stocking all raw materials, pulling and shipping high volume of pallet sized and smaller orders. Most activities are performed by hand, so these are not your typical assembly line jobs. Lots of variety. Packaging team is ~ 10 people and Warehouse is 1-2 people. We strive for 0% error rate on order fulfillment.
We have 2 positions available, 1 mostly in Warehouse and 1 mostly in Packaging, although you’ll be expected to help in the other role.
Qualifications include:
(1) For Warehouse Team role: Important that you can accurately record information, track product fulfillment processes, and communicate order discrepancies with Customer Service. You must be quick and able to handle very physical job, lifting up to 70 pounds at a time, and being on your feet entire shift. Most of your time will be in the warehouse, including ~ 20% in very cold freezer.
(2) For Packaging Team role: high quality standards, good attention to detail, be able to perform repetitive tasks within expected time frame, be clean & have good food hygiene practices, and be able to lift up to 35 pounds at a time and stand for the majority of the shift. Quality over quantity, but still a fast-paced environment.
Preferred: High school degree or equivalent, prior experience in warehouse or food industry, good basic math skills and for warehouse role, forklift.
PAY & BENEFITS:
These positions have a broad range, b/w $20.59 - $27.14 per hour -- actual rate will depend on your qualifications and your job focus. Generous benefits for Full-Time employees include: we pay up to 75% of Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance, 100% of Long Term Disability & Life Insurance, and generous Retirement Plan, Paid Holidays & Vacation/Sick Time. These are worth about 25-30% of pay, giving value of about $25.74 - $35.28/hr.
