Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic team. The Order Picker will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that all products are handled with care and efficiency. This role is essential in maintaining our commitment to excellent customer service and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick orders according to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating equipment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
