Job Description:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse Shipping Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving incoming packages, preparing them for shipment, and coordinating their delivery to various courier services.
Responsibilities:
Receive incoming packages and verify their contents against packing slips.
Utilize computer software to generate shipping labels for different clients.
Carefully apply shipping labels to the appropriate products.
Repackage items as necessary to ensure safe transport.
Coordinate with courier services such as USPS and UPS for package pickup.
Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory levels.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a warehouse or shipping environment preferred but not required.
Proficiency with computers and basic software applications.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 25 pounds.
