Boynton Beach based smoothie shop is looking for an energetic, upbeat and customer service oriented team member available to work WEEKEND SHIFTS (Saturday and Sunday) lasting from early morning (6:30am) through the late afternoon.
DUE TO LENGTH OF SHIFTS, APPLICANT MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.
AVAILABILITY TO WORK BOTH SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS IS MANDATORY.
Ideal candidate:
- Is outgoing and enjoys interacting with customers
- Thrives in a fast paced environment
- Is high energy
- Comfortable interacting with customers
- Has sense of urgency when processing customer orders and requests
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Preparing smoothies, bowls, coffee and tea
- Operating blenders and coffee maker
- Cleaning and prepping vegetables, fruits and other food
- Ongoing store and equipment cleaning
- Operating a cash register and processing customer payment
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Able to remain flexible to the changing needs of the business
Experience in food service or the general hospitality industry is preferred but not required
