As a Wing Snob, you will be responsible for ensuring that our wing offerings are of the highest quality while providing outstanding customer service in a fun and engaging atmosphere.
Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of chicken wings using different techniques and flavors to meet customer preferences.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen area.
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction with their wing selections.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
- Collaborate with team members to create new wing recipes and promote special offerings.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on menu items, cooking techniques, and customer service practices.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation or cooking is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong knowledge of various wing flavors, cooking methods, and food presentation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for food, particularly chicken wings, is highly desirable.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
