We recently partnered with a wireless telecommunications campaign, so our team is expanding at a rapid rate. We are hiring and training a Wireless Customer Service Representative to execute in-person customer service and sales campaigns by partnering with local communities. The Wireless Customer Service Representative will be the face of our company and our campaign launch, so they must withhold and maintain a professional demeanor. As the Wireless Customer Service Representative, you will be provided support from our training team and will be assigned to work with a more established Client Account Manager. The Wireless Customer Service Representative will be responsible for their assigned region and promote our client's unbeatable wireless solutions directly to the public. Wireless Customer Service Representative Daily Responsibilities:
- Execute customer-facing business campaigns to increase wireless sales, create referral opportunities and leave a lasting impression
- Provide insight and options to each potential new customer and have comparisons of local competitors to ensure they are making the right decision
- Maintain a relationship with the customer throughout the entire process to encourage customer retention and satisfaction
- Bring creative and innovative ideas to the Wireless Sales Team to provide astounding service for our customers and our client
- Promote working sales trends to the rest of the team to increase overall revenue throughout the company and achieve the client's KPIs
- Submit daily sales reports to the executive team to stay in line with personal performance objectives
Requirements:
- Travel throughout the region to meet with customers
- Prior experience in retail, customer service or sales is highly preferred
- Open to adapting to understand various market and sales trends throughout the region assigned
- Strong business acumen and strong presentation skills
- A degree within a relevant field is preferred but not a requirement
- Reliable transportation to and from the office is highly preferred

Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
