The High School Guidance Secretary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- In-person greeting
- Phone and email inquiries from parents and teachers
- Maintaining confidential and accurate student records (both in permanent files and WNSC's student information system Skyward)
- Coordinating student registration, enrollment and scheduling processes
- Organizing all aspects of midterm progress reports and trimester report cards
- Gathering and sharing information requested by counselors and administrators

- Positive and pleasant communication skills
- Maintaining confidentiality in all situations
- Working cooperatively in a small office setting
- Supporting other staff as needed
- Flexibility in day-to-day priorities
A working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Google drive are preferred.
Starting pay rate of $14.50/hr, 8 hrs/day.
