We're looking to hire Workforce Development Consultants- Social Services. The consultant role strategically and impactfully ensures that services are delivered in a coordinated, compliant, and effective manner. The consultant will serve as a key liaison between child support enforcement, snap, workforce development, and community-based organizations, helping to drive innovation, accountability, and measurable outcomes across the E&T program.
The domicile of this position will be based upon the applicant selected.
Minimum Qualifications
Six years of experience in administrative services, social services, or workforce development; OR
Six years of full-time experience in any field plus three years of experience in administrative services, social services, or workforce development; OR
A bachelor's degree plus three years of experience in administrative services, social services, or workforce development; OR
An advanced degree in a social science field, business, public, or health administration, or a Juris Doctorate plus two years of experience in administrative services, social services, or workforce development.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
Provides training to Employment and Training (E&T) providers annually. Manages relationships with providers, completes reports and analyzes data for continuous quality improvement.
Provides ongoing programmatic assistance to clients, field staff, and other sections within the Department, other state agencies, as well as other states to reinforce the agency's goal of assisting our clients to achieve self-sufficiency.
