Your Career

As our Workforce Planning Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape a dynamic workforce that is delivering one of the fastest growing infrastructures in the world as the company scales. In this role you will work directly with executive business leaders to develop and execute strategies that enable their organizations to expand, develop and perform as Palo Alto Networks requirements shift. This role is focused on enhancing business results by delivering workforce insights, crafting evidence-based workforce strategies, and developing driver-based headcount plans alongside business leaders. This high-visibility role requires strategic thinking, deep expertise in planning, strong stakeholder relationships, and effective project delivery.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $117,000/YR - $187,000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
