We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) part of the US Army's Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless and Bell's High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation stop-fold tilt-rotor. This position is onsite in Fort Worth, TX.
Human Resources - Workplace Wellness
Bring your experience and ideas to lead the design and delivery of health and wellness offerings across our Fort Worth, TX headquarters. You'll play a key part in shaping the onsite employee experience through strategic vendor partnerships, health services coordination, and wellness programming—with a strong focus on measurable outcomes, preventative care, and cost reduction. You'll partner with other HR teams, Facilities, EH&S, and external vendors to ensure our workplace supports physical health, emotional wellness, and a culture of care contributed to Bell's success by fostering a healthier, more engaged, and productive workforce. What you'll be doing as a Workplace Wellness Program Manager
Lead initiatives to enhance employees' physical and emotional well-being, manage common spaces, coordinate site events and represent Health Services during new hire orientations.Oversee onsite health and wellness center services, coordinate specialty clinics, CPR/AED training programs, and serve as the key contact for EAP vendor support and crisis response.Implement wellness programs aligned with corporate benefits, promote healthy behaviors through onsite resources, and partner with cafeteria vendors to ensure nutritious and inclusive food options.Partner with Facilities, EHS, HRBPs, and Talent teams to align wellness initiatives with safety, retention, and engagement goals, and collaborate with corporate wellness and benefits teams for program alignment.Track and report wellness participation and engagement KPIs, analyze health trends, and deliver quarterly and annual reports to senior leadership with recommendations for program adjustments.Manage relationships with key vendors supporting onsite wellness services, including food and beverage services, emergency preparedness resources, and medical, therapeutic, and pharmaceutical care.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Hospitality, Public Health, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in human resources, employee wellness, or workplace operationsExperience working in unionized environments, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with union leaders and shop floor employeesAbility to travel to support Bell and Textron domestic sites based on business needs
