Analyze customer needs and propose suitable solutions to help customers get the best experience.
Follow up on customer inquiries or provide updates through outbound calls to ensure service continuity.
Collaborate closely with other team members to coordinate the resolution of customer issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Strive to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Perform other tasks assigned by superiors to support the overall operation of the team, including answering calls, making calls, handling customer complaints, checking orders, and recording DSP complaints.
