Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect

• Initial 6-month contract with the potential view to extend
• Must be willing to travel to Geelong - 2/3 days' onsite

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect to design and deliver sophisticated customer engagement solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (MCE). You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate communication requirements into scalable, integrated marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Design and build multi-step customer journeys using Journey Builder.
• Develop automations, data extensions, segmentation queries and communication workflows.
• Configure Marketing Cloud Connect capabilities, including Salesforce Data Events and synchronised data extensions.
• Design and deliver email and SMS communications.
• Develop integrations using Salesforce Marketing Cloud APIs.

Skills and Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement.
• Demonstrated experience designing and building Journey Builder solutions.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect, including Salesforce Data Events and synchronised data extensions.
• Experience delivering email and SMS communication solutions.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud APIs and enterprise integrations.
