Solution Implementation Consultant / Business Analyst EdTech - any AU location

We are looking for an experienced Solution Implementation Consultant/Business Analyst passionate about creating and shaping solutions that get customers excited. You will join a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work with our cross-functional global team to implement SaaS solutions for our customers in the Education sector.

You will work closely with the sales and project delivery teams to manage client expectations, ensuring the client is engaged and has a positive experience.

This is a customer-facing, mid-level role suited to professionals with hands-on experience in the EdTech sector, particularly within tertiary education (HE/VET), who enjoy working directly with customers to deliver SaaS solutions.

Ideally, you will be based in Melbourne, but we also encourage suitable interstate candidates to apply.

Your

responsibilities

• Work directly with EdTech customers to understand their business processes, terminology, and operational needs within tertiary education environments.
• Gain a deep understanding of Global IT Factory products and best practices with respect to product configuration, integration and data migration.
• Act as a key customer-facing member of the SaaS implementation team, translating EdTech business requirements into configuration, integration, and data migration activities.
• As a subject matter expert, assist customers with necessary business change management, product training, configuration, integration and legacy data migration.
• Lead and facilitate customer workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations for EdTech stakeholders at operational and management levels.

• Based on customer requirements, identify and clearly articulate any product feature gaps for possible inclusion in the product roadmap.
• Manage multiple high-touch customer relationships.
• Re-engage, when necessary, with customers post-implementation to execute new or previously identified initiatives that may require additional technical configuration and/or change management coordination.
• Conduct value-focused product demonstrations tailored to customer requirements through onsite visits and online presentations.
• Support the sales team to position our product as the preferred solution in pre-sales conversations.

About You:

• You are comfortable working in a high-touch, customer-facing role, managing multiple client relationships and acting as a trusted delivery partner.
• You bring hands-on experience working in the EdTech sector, ideally supporting tertiary education (HE/VET) organisations through SaaS implementations, business analysis, or system delivery roles.
• 4–6 years’ experience in a customer-facing Implementation Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role within EdTech or education-focused SaaS environments.
• Experience in using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• You enjoy working flexible hours to accommodate communication across different time zones.
• You are customer-focused, and you understand how to balance short-term relationship imperatives with the ultimate goal of delivering the expected outcomes to our clients.
• Strong (English) written and oral communication skills.
