Technical Sales Manager

• Work with your team to support our international customers technically and commercially
• Analyse use cases, recommend product configurations, build pricing models
• Own renewals and contract adjustments for existing customers
• Be the link between customers, developers, support, and product management
• Aspire to do more? All doors are open: Run workshops, create product content, support implementations, get involved in product development or marketing

• Several years in a technical, customer-facing role, no sales background required
• A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills
• Genuine curiosity about how things work, not just that they work
• You share knowledge freely and push for better solutions with your team
• You're always up to exploring new tech
• Bonus points: experience with Microsoft Infrastructure, M365, Intune, Entra ID, SharePoint Online, Windows 11, Jamf Pro, RADIUS, PKI, or contract law.
