DigiTribe - Scrum Master IAM

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong IAM knowledge to join an Identity Governance (IGA) programme at one of our clients in the financial sector.
Your role
You'll drive agile delivery for a team of IAM Business Analysts and SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) engineers. You'll run sprints, backlog refinement and all Scrum ceremonies, and act as the link between the team and its business, security and audit stakeholders. You'll keep delivery on track, surface dependencies early, and make sure priorities stay aligned across the programme.
What makes you the right fit
You understand IAM concepts well enough to engage with the team on substance: Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, access recertification, access requests and application onboarding. You can challenge estimates, spot cross-team dependencies and anticipate risks.
Your profile
- PSM or CSM certification
- Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT security or IAM programmes
- Experience in the banking or financial services sector is a strong advantage
- Exposure to SailPoint (IdentityIQ / IdentityNow) is a strong plus
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English
Nice to have
- Experience taking on project lead responsibilities on infrastructure topics
