As an Oracle Cloud Tech Manager you will lead client support work within our Business Application Consulting practice, focusing on Oracle technology solutions that help clients improve operational efficiency. As a Manager you will motivate and coach teams, manage performance, and guide project workstreams while applying business judgment, technical skills, and a practical approach to delivery. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will oversee Oracle software installation, configuration, administration, development, and support activities, while helping teams address client needs, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver consistent work products across engagements.

Responsibilities

• Leading Oracle Cloud technical workstreams across client engagements and coordinating delivery timelines, priorities, and dependencies
• Managing teams through planning, execution, and completion of Oracle technology initiatives while coaching junior professionals
• Analyzing client requirements and translating them into Oracle Cloud application designs, configuration approaches, and implementation plans
• Overseeing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Data Integration, and Oracle Application Development Framework activities across solution delivery
• Developing technical solutions for process improvement and process optimization within finance technology environments
• Reviewing deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with Oracle methodology and client expectations
• Identifying system interactions, integration risks, and technical issues across Oracle applications and adjacent platforms
• Guiding issue resolution, escalation paths, and stakeholder communications throughout the engagement lifecycle
• Promoting the use of Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher and design automation tools to support reporting and operational efficiency
• Applying strategic technology planning to identify opportunities for business transformation and service enhancement

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 to 11 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains
• Demonstrating Oracle Cloud solution delivery across client-facing workstreams
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables with disciplined planning
• Mentoring team members through reviews, feedback, and coaching
• Applying Oracle Cloud Infrastructure knowledge in technical implementation discussions
• Translating business needs into practical Oracle technology actions
