Duties and

Responsibilities

• Ensure prospective and existing patients receive exceptional customer service.
• Ensure professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
• Address escalated patient concerns and complaints promptly.
• Ensure all patient inquiries are resolved within established service-level expectations.
• Demonstrate strong decision-making and accountability.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Create a culture of ownership, urgency, and exceptional patient care.
• Balance operational performance with a compassionate patient experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in the call center industry or customer service-related field
• Bilingual - English and Spanish (Verbal and Written)
• Flexible Schedule/ able to work public and bank holidays and weekends as required
• Must Reside in Belize City or close proximity
• not required but a plus - able to read medical labs or experience in the medical field.
