Forward Deployed Engineer

You will deliver solutions from technical scoping through production rollout in customer environments. You will build features, applications, and integrations; work alongside customer engineers; debug complex issues; identify platform gaps; create custom solutions; inform product requirements; establish deployment patterns; and travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery from problem framing through production rollout
• Build production features, applications, and integrations
• Work with customer engineering and domain teams
• Debug complex technical issues
• Identify platform gaps and build custom solutions
• Feed product requirements to engineering teams
• Codify deployment patterns and build internal playbooks
• Travel to customer locations across Germany and EMEA

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• Production software delivery experience
• Full-stack development
• Backend development
• API development
• Frontend development
• Experience working directly with customers in technical environments
• English communication skills
