You will establish and run program management for flagship automotive engagements. You will define milestones, timelines, deliverables, sprint execution, and roadmaps; translate customer requirements into engineering work; synchronize OEM programs with internal stakeholders; maintain reporting; unblock dependencies; and drive issues to resolution.
Responsibilities
- Define milestones, timelines, deliverables, and software development roadmaps
- Manage sprint and roadmap execution through series production
- Translate customer requirements into tracked engineering work
- Provide regular customer updates
- Synchronize OEM programs, internal teams, and headquarters stakeholders
- Maintain operational tracking and reporting
- Unblock cross-team dependencies
- Drive issues and decisions to closure
Requirements
- 2+ years of technical program management or engineering experience in automotive or embedded industry
- Customer-facing experience with senior stakeholders
- Technical knowledge of embedded systems, middleware, or ADAS
- Ability to work independently across sites and time zones
- Based in Stockholm or Munich, or open to relocation
