Compliance Manager

• Build, improve and implement compliance policies and processes for overseas lending businesses.
• Monitor regulations related to financial services, consumer protection, data privacy, AML and lending.
• Conduct compliance assessments for new markets, product launches and changes in business models.
• Review compliance across the lending lifecycle, including underwriting, pricing, marketing, disbursement, collections and customer complaints.
• Support licensing applications, renewals, regulatory filings and ongoing compliance management.
• Translate regulatory requirements into product rules, operating procedures and compliance standards.
• Conduct compliance assessments of partners and service providers.
• Coordinate with external law firms, compliance advisors, business partners and relevant regulatory stakeholders.
• Support compliance training, reviews and remediation.

• Bachelor's degree or above; Law, Finance, Risk Management, Compliance or related disciplines preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in compliance, legal compliance, regulatory affairs, fintech, consumer finance or related financial services.
• Experience in overseas lending, consumer finance, digital lending, fintech or installment financing.
• Good understanding of the lending lifecycle and the ability to assess product and operational compliance risks.
• Experience in regulatory research, compliance framework development, risk identification or process implementation.
• Professional working proficiency in both Spanish and Mandarin Chinese is required.
• Strong communication, coordination and project execution skills.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical and executable business solutions.
