Finance Business Partner – CFO Support

Location\: Tiszaújváros

Your tasks will be\:

• You will prepare analyses and materials to facilitate executive decision-making. You will do presentations for the Board of Directors, management, work union and work council.
• Your tasks will also include a full responsibility for gathering, verifying, and validating financial data and information.
• Providing daily support for the CFO’s activities by handling professional, coordination, and administrative tasks.
• You will support the implementation of the company’s financial and business projects. Contributing to the preparation of project-related financial analyses and reports.
• Your responsibilities will include development of controlling processes, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency.
• The role involves close collaboration with colleagues across finance, accounting and business functions to ensure the proper flow of information.

What you need to be successful in the role?

• University/College degree in Finance, Economics or a related field and or Mechanical chemistry engineer.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance and or managing projects or in professional secretary.
• Clear, strong communication skills and a proactive, structured mindset.
• Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail.
• Confident MS Office and ERP skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a complex matrix organization.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Hungarian.
