- Support the execution and continuous improvement of the global Business Continuity Management program
- Serve as a key operational point of contact for day-to-day Business Continuity Management activities and the Business Continuity Management platform
- Support and contribute to the annual Business Impact Analysis program
- Support the development, review, and maintenance of Business Continuity Plans, Disaster Recovery Plans, and related resilience documentation
- Analyze Business Continuity Management platform data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, missing dependencies, and opportunities to improve data quality and program readiness
- Partner with Infrastructure, Application, and Asset Management teams to validate and reconcile application, technology, asset, and dependency information
- Develop and maintain Business Continuity Management metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and management reports
- Monitor action items, remediation activities, plan reviews, and other program deliverables
- Coordinate Business Continuity Management platform support requests and work with the platform vendor and internal teams on issues, integrations, and data-related activities
- Support Disaster Recovery tests, tabletop exercises, workshops, and other resilience activities through documentation, action tracking, evidence collection, and follow-up
- Support After Action Reviews and track improvement opportunities and remediation actions
- Assist with Disaster Recovery documentation and program activities in coordination with Infrastructure, Application, Security, and other technology teams
- Support additional Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery activities as required
- Knowledge of Business Continuity Management, Operational Resilience, Disaster Recovery, Risk Management, or related disciplines
- Working knowledge of Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Planning, and resilience concepts
- Experience working with Business Continuity Management, Governance Risk and Compliance, Risk, Resilience, or similar enterprise platforms
- Ability to analyze program data, identify gaps and inconsistencies, and coordinate validation across multiple teams
- Ability to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, metrics, and KPIs
- Ability to organize and track multiple activities, action items, and stakeholders
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with business and technology teams in a global environment
- Intermediate English proficiency including the ability to participate in meetings and communicate with global stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in a global environment across different functions and regions
- Education or professional experience in Business Continuity, Risk Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience supporting Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, Disaster Recovery, Risk Management, or related programs
- Experience working with enterprise systems or platforms used to manage business continuity, risk, resilience, or related processes
- Strong organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment while managing deadlines and multiple priorities
- Intermediate English communication skills required for interaction with global stakeholders
- Experience with Fusion Risk Management or a similar Business Continuity Management platform
- Highly organized and detail-oriented personal attributes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple activities
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
