Customer Service - Makassar

About the Position

As a Customer Service at Amar Bank, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to customers, assisting with their inquiries and concerns, and providing accurate information about Amar Bank’s products and services in accordance with established procedures and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to customers visiting the branch in accordance with established SOPs.
• Assist customers and provide appropriate solutions to their inquiries and concerns.
• Provide accurate information about Amar Bank’s products and services.
• Document and record customer complaints, inquiries, and requests.
• Support other Customer Service officers when needed.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major.
• Comfortable handling customers through walk-in, inbound, and outbound interactions.
• Customer-oriented with a strong service mindset.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Disciplined, committed, and professional with a strong work ethic.
