We are seeking a skilled and motivated Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) Salesforce Developer & Administrator to join our team. This role is pivotal to the success of our new Certinia implementation for Professional Services within our Salesforce org. Key Responsibilities
Implementation Phase
- Actively participate in the end-to-end implementation of Certinia Professional Services Automation (PSA) and related modules on the Salesforce platform.
- Collaborate with implementation partners, business stakeholders, and functional consultants to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform system configuration, including but not limited to: project management, resource management, time & expense, billing, and revenue recognition modules within Certinia.
- Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other Salesforce development tools to extend Certinia functionality.
- Build and manage data migration strategies, including data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) into the new Certinia instance.
- Develop and execute integration solutions between Certinia and other internal/external systems (ERP, HRIS, CRM, etc.) using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and defect resolution during the implementation cycle.
Post Go-Live & Ongoing Operations
- Provide post-go-live support, including bug fixes, performance tuning, and user support during the stabilization period.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying enhancement opportunities, gathering user feedback, and delivering iterative releases.
- Perform ongoing Salesforce and Certinia administration, including user management, security settings, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and page layouts.
- Manage release and deployment processes using tools such as Salesforce Change Sets, SFDX, Copado, or similar CI/CD tools.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration guides, and runbooks.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability and scalability.
