As a Core GenAI / AI Architects- Manager, you will guide client support work in data and analytics engineering, helping shape GenAI and AI architecture approaches that turn data into actionable insight and support business decisions. As a Manager you will lead teams, coach junior staff, manage project plans and timelines, and use sound judgment to handle complex work while upholding quality and professional standards. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to exploratory analysis, statistical modeling, data visualization, and solution design across client engagements within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice.

Responsibilities

• Leading GenAI and AI architecture workstreams from planning through delivery across client engagements
• Designing scalable AI solution architectures that integrate data, cloud, and analytics components
• Translating client business needs into technical roadmaps, reference designs, and implementation approaches
• Guiding teams in the development of AI-enabled solutions, including machine learning, natural language processing, and automation use cases
• Reviewing architectural choices, technical tradeoffs, and delivery risks across multiple initiatives
• Coaching team members on AI design patterns, data preparation, model lifecycle practices, and solution deployment
• Collaborating with client stakeholders to define use cases, success measures, and delivery priorities
• Applying data science, engineering, and programming skills to prototype and refine AI capabilities
• Evaluating data quality, pipeline design, and model performance to support reliable solution outcomes
• Identifying opportunities to expand AI adoption, improve delivery methods, and advance technical capabilities

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
