Electrical Integration Engineer

You will design and debug automotive wire harnesses, cables, connectors, and electrical distribution systems. You will verify hardware, investigate root causes, manage CAD deliverables, work with engineering teams, and coordinate OEMs, vendors, and partners on wire-harness solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and debug routing and retention for harnesses, cables, and connectors
• Perform hardware verification for built boards
• Debug hardware issues and establish root causes
• Manage CAD models, assemblies, and drawings using SolidWorks and Altium
• Coordinate cross-functionally to support program delivery
• Work with OEMs, vendors, and partners on wire-harness solutions

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Systems, Electrical, Hardware, Computer Science, or an equivalent program
• 4+ years of automotive wire-harness design and electrical-integration experience
• Experience designing low-voltage and high-voltage harnesses
• Familiarity with ISO 6722 and SAE J1128
• Experience sourcing and managing harness manufacturing and material vendors and suppliers
