Lead Assistant Manager

• Lead end-to-end billing operations and deliver agreed KPIs, controls and customer outcomes.
• Manage team capacity, performance, cross-training, succession and engagement.
• Own escalations, ageing actions, governance inputs and corrective-action closure.
• Review high-risk transactions, reconciliations, exceptions and month-end deliverables.
• Partner with stakeholders to standardize processes and improve upstream data quality.
• Drive automation, analytics and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Ensure SOP, business continuity, audit and compliance readiness.

Bachelor or Master degree - 9-12 years of relevant AR / billing experience.
