Manager - Policy

About the Role

We are looking for a Policy Manager to lead policy engagement, research partnerships and stakeholder relationships across education and labour markets, including early childhood, foundational learning, skilling, employment and school-to-work transitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage partnerships with government, NGOs, foundations and development organisations.
• Identify emerging policy opportunities and build engagement strategies.
• Develop partnerships for research, evaluations and evidence generation.
• Translate research and evidence into policy briefs, presentations and actionable insights.
• Represent the organisation at policy forums and stakeholder meetings.
• Support fundraising through proposals, concept notes and donor engagement.
• Manage and mentor junior team members.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of relevant experience in policy, research, evaluation or development.
• Master's degree in Economics, Public Policy, Education, International Development or a related field.
• Experience in education, labour markets, skilling, employment or programme evaluation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to translate complex research into clear policy insights.
