Overview

Looking for a Senior AI Engineer with Automation Experience with a strong software engineering background and hands-on experience building production-ready AI agents and agentic workflows. The ideal candidate should be capable of integrating AI agents with software development, testing, APIs, repositories, ticketing systems, and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Skills &

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience
• Strong software engineering background, ideally with TypeScript, React Native or mobile applications.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI agents beyond chatbots or proof-of-concept demos.
• Experience with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or comparable coding agents.
• Experience building multi-step and multi-agent workflows using agent frameworks or SDKs.
• Practical knowledge of prompt engineering, context management and tool calling.
• Experience integrating agents with APIs, MCP servers, ticketing systems and code repositories.
• Strong automated testing experience: unit tests, integration tests and regression testing.
• Mobile E2E automation experience, ideally with Appium and TestMu or a comparable platform.
• CI/CD experience covering pull requests, automated checks and Android/iOS builds.
• Experience evaluating AI-generated code, measuring agent reliability and managing human review.
• Knowledge of secure agent execution, access controls and secrets management.
• Demonstrated results reducing engineering effort, improving resolution time or controlling AI costs.
• Ability to turn business use cases into working pilots and hand them over to engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
