Brief Overview of the Role & What Success Looks Like

The requirement is for a SharePoint Architect who can assess and improve ArchLynk's existing SharePoint environment. Currently, information is spread across multiple SharePoint sites, Teams sites, and Employee Corner. The objective is to create a more structured and connected setup where employees can easily navigate to policies, resources, and other relevant information through a centralized intranet experience without having to search across multiple locations.

Success in this role would mean designing a user-friendly SharePoint structure that improves accessibility, navigation, and overall employee experience while maintaining appropriate permissions and security across different sites.

Skills & Attributes for Success

• Strong experience with SharePoint Online architecture and administration.
• Experience building or improving company intranet platforms.
• Good understanding of SharePoint permissions, governance, and site structure.
• Experience connecting and organizing multiple SharePoint sites and Microsoft Teams environments.
• Ability to review existing environments and recommend improvements.
• Strong stakeholder communication and requirement-gathering skills.
• Experience designing intuitive navigation and content structures.
