In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting various operations within the facility. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. Ideal candidates will have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., the ability to use common hand and power tools and be able to climb trusses. Experience in carpentry plus!
Main duties:
- Cut lumber to specific size and lift/move to the correct location in the shop
- Select high-quality lumber for truss building (“picking the salt”) to ensure top-notch construction materials
- Use hand and power tools to assemble trusses
- Maintain clean and organized work area
