*We are looking for full time or part time operators on 2nd shift!
2nd Shift 2p-11p or 3p-12a
Flatbed Operator **no experience necessary/training provided**
Ideal applicants have the following qualifications
- Basic automotive knowledge
- Understanding of Milwaukee area streets and ability to read maps or GPS
- Positive/CAN DO! attitude
- Ability to work in high pressure/fast paced environment
- Operate smartphone device
- Clean driving record (no CDL required)
- At least 21 years old
*Our operators perform a variety of tasks throughout the Milwaukee Metro area. From performing basic tows and vehicle transports to roadside assistance such as jumpstarts, lock outs and tire changes. There is never a dull day and you rarely see the same thing twice.
We offer paid company training upon hiring and require further training through national certification programs throughout your employment. Making you a towing professional is a number one goal of ours.
Compensation is paid hourly with overtime paid over 40 hours per week. Full Time employees work 45-50 hours per week. Pay depends on experience and eligible employees are offered benefits such as paid vacation, paid holidays, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance and a simple IRA matching savings plan.
