**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for all visitors.
Part Time and Full Time
3rd Shift
Hours are 10:00pm to 6:00am
Opportunity for extra hours
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Manage phone calls and reservations using hotel management software
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable
- Laundry: Washing, drying & folding linens and towels
**Requirements:**
- Reliability is important to our team.
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software
- Strong communication skills with a focus on guest relations
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (Bilingual or Multilingual)
