Davidson Charter Academy is seeking a passionate and qualified Math Teacher to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have strong classroom management skills, a commitment to student success, and the ability to create engaging, effective lesson plans that align with state standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field.
- NC Educator's License or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: NC Certified Teacher Salary Schedule
- Additional 3% supplement (paid in December and June)
- Up to 6% Employer 403(b) Contribution Match
- 10 PTO days per year (unused PTO rolls over until maximum accrual is reached)

Employment Terms
All teachers at Davidson Charter Academy are on one-year contracts. Contract renewal is contingent upon successful performance, completion of duties and expectations, and available funding.
