What you get to do in this role:
Draft and refine thoughtful and engaging communications for ServiceNow’s Data & Analytics team that build new/enhance existing relationships with a wide range of internal stakeholders and thousands of employees around the world
Manage logistics and coordination of internal employee communications platforms/channels as well as live/virtual events designed to spark conversation
Generate and execute strategic plans that support behavior change and product adoption, partnering with Analytics leadership and product development teams
Create presentations for company-wide business and organizational updates
Develop engaging messages that illustrate ServiceNow employees utilizing our team’s products and services to drive business results
To be successful in this role you have:
8+ years of work experience in communications
Exceptional well-rounded communications skillset. You’re a dogged researcher, engaging interviewer, visual storyteller, and top-notch editor/copywriter
Technical fluency: Ability to understand technical topics and translate them into simple, human-interest engaging stories
Ability to identify societal and business trends and connect them to our team’s initiatives in thought-provoking ways
Bonus points if you have:
Worked with analytics teams before
Collaborated with learning and development, enablement, training, or instructional design partners
Technical writing experience, creatively converting technical documents into an easily understood training document, storyboard or knowledge article
Presentation expertise, especially facilitating training sessions
Knowledge of tools such as Camtasia, SnagIt, Photoshop or other graphics/video development platforms
