General Statement of Duties

Provides highly complex case processing and coordination of judicial activities in a Judge’s, Magistrate’s, or Clerk of Court’s Office.

Minimum Education and Experience

Graduation from high school or equivalent.

Additional Comments

This is an entry level position requiring excellent customer service, computer, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Applicants who can successfully type a minimum of 60 wpm and attach the results of an online three-minute test are preferred. Applicants who submit test results with their application or emailed to [email protected] reflecting the ability to type 60 WPM or more will be considered for an interview. If interviewed, applicants also can expect to be retested. Failure to complete the electronic application in its entirety and provide the results of the typing test will be disqualified from participation in further stages of the hiring process. The stated salary range on the posting represents the entry level through maximum compensation for the position. Salary offers are based on a wide variety of factors including a candidate’s experience, skills and education as well as budget availability. All new employees are hired at the lower end of this range. Salary growth within the job classification primarily is based on performance awards and cost of living and wage survey increases.
