Document Scanning Support

We are looking for a patient, energetic, and thorough team player to join our Finance and Accounting team providing support by organizing and scanning critical documents for long term retention and easy access. There is a lot to learn and the options are endless, but there is also some repetition in the scanning process. The successful candidate will have the ability to stay organized and on-task, while also being able to pivot and support other initiatives as the need arises. Some primary duties may include:

• Prepares and scans all Accounts Payable and General Ledger documentation utilizing Laserfiche Document Management software
• Performs quality control on all scanned documents to ensure accuracy
• Files vouchers with copy of check in appropriate folders.
• Generates check run, validates and posts check registers
• Back-up support for Administrative Assistant
• Keeps financial data confidential and follows HIPAA policies and procedures.

Additional Requirements:

• Six months to one year of related office experience
• Eager to learn & apply skills and knowledge to position
• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
• Exhibits dependability
• Highly organized
