Job Summary:

Everyware is seeking an energetic and highly organized Executive Assistant to support various C-level executives with day-to-day administrative functions. The ideal candidate will embrace a challenge, prioritize effectively and multi-task several requests at once. This is an entry level role that is ideal for an individual who is motivated, trustworthy, professional, personable, and resourceful with a jack-of-all-trades mindset. This role has potential to evolve into a senior level role supporting C-level during an ever-changing growth environment. The right candidate will have a passion for technology and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Who is Everyware?

Everyware is a company redefining payment processing and customer engagement via two-way text communication. Opening this two-way communication with customers will help mitigate risk, improve customer service, and increase revenue. From merchant processing to sending simple text receipts, making text communication a part of the purchase process will improve the customer journey. What you’ll do:

  • Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to C-level and other executives as needed.
  • Coordinate an active and complex calendar of meetings, monitor, and respond to emails, and manage agendas.
  • With exceptional judgment, assist with various confidential and time-sensitive special projects that have a sizeable impact on the company.
  • Perform clerical and administrative tasks, including drafting letters, memos, spreadsheets, presentations, reports, and other documents for C-level.
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, and reservations for executives.
  • Participate in meetings in support of C-level, taking notes and recording minutes.
  • Coordinate the execution of legal documents as needed.
  • Support with the execution of company events, office-wide meetings, executive off-sites, and board meetings.
  • Receives incoming communication or memos for C-level, reviews contents to determine importance, and summarizes and distributes contents.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized with the ability to speak to how you accomplish this effectively
  • Proactive mindset with solid time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Tech-savvy and able to pick up on new technologies quickly
  • Desire to thrive in a rapidly growing environment where you are depended upon to figure it out and do not mind changing gears on a dime.
  • Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours on occasion for any urgent after-hours matters
  • Able to type a minimum of 50 words per minute accurately.
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (minimum 2 years experience)
  • Team player mentality with the ability to work under pressure and willingness to go the extra mile
  • High level of discretion in dealing with confidential information
